Refund/Cancellation Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods, or

in the case of partial deliveries: on which the last goods were received.
2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you (with the exception of delivery costs, where applicable) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
For the reimbursement, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
4. Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Return Shipping Costs:
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you as the buyer.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
The goods must be returned in perfect condition.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
6. Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Goods that have been individually made or personalized (e.g. commissioned artwork, portraits)

Digital content (e.g. downloads) if the customer has expressly agreed that execution begins immediately

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (if applicable)

8. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods using the original payment method selected.
Depending on the payment provider, the refund may take several business days.
9. Notice Regarding Artworks
Original artworks may show slight variations in color or structure. These do not constitute defects but are part of the artistic uniqueness of the work.
